INFORMATION
For information and further details, our front desk is open daily from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of your arrival, the rooms are at your disposal from 3.00 p.m. onwards. On your departure day we kindly request you leave your room by 11 am.
DOCTOR
Our receptionist will assist you, should you need a doctor, dentist or an ambulance. In Pettneu and St. Anton you will find following physicians and specialist. The doctor in Pettneu Dr. Mayer has an in-house pharmacy.

VOUCHER
You are not sure what to give as a present? How about a voucher for a stay at the Gridlon - including soothing baths and massages or beauty treatments? Please let the reception know about your preferences.
LIABILITY
We kindly ask you to deposit valuables such as jewellery, large amounts of money and other documents (passport) in your safe. Certain rooms does not have a safe, therefore we offer a safe deposit box at the front desk. The hotel declines all responsibility for any valuables not kept in the safe.
NEWSPAPER
In our daily morning magazine, you will find the wheater forecast, our programme and recommendations.
HOTEL BILL
Of course you can also pay your bill the day before your departure till 9 p.m. We accept cash payments bank cards with Maestro function and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). For porter expenses and external bills such as ski passes, we have to charge an additional fee.
DOGS
Dogs are allowed (EUR 15,00 per dog/day without food). We kindly ask you to not take your dog with you into the restaurant or into the SPA area. Please take your dog on a leash at all times when at the hotel.
INTERNET
We offer wireless LAN for free.
GAME ROOM
Playing room with billiard, table tennis and table football.
Nanny service on request and additional charge. (€ 15 per hour). We also recommend the children’s world at the ski school Arlberg in St. Anton.

SMOKING
Please note that our hotel is a nonsmoking area. Please do not smoke in our rooms. You find an ashtray on the balcony or in front of the entry.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
All your laundry will be done at the hotel laundry. Your laundry will be returned on the following evening. Please use the laundry list in your room and place it in the laundry bag with your laundry. Kindly contact your chambermaid or the front desk.
REPAIRS
If your room needs repair services, please let the reception know.
SHOE POLISHER
You will find the shoe polisher in front of the ski room.

can be rented at the reception.
SKI CELLAR
In the basement you will find a ski and ski boot room with entrance. The door is closed from 05.30 p.m.to 08.00 a.m. During this you can open the door with your key card or key chip. (Will be registered)
SKI EQUIPMENT
Unfortunately, it can happen that guests switch their ski equipment and take home the wrong skies or boots. In order to prevent this from happening, we kindly ask you to follow the following instructions:
*please deposit your boots at the spot with your room number at the ski cellar. We offer two spots per room. If you have more than two pair of boots, please use the spots marked with letters.
*Please use the ski depot at St. Anton /Intersport shop Arlberg Freeride.
*When departing, please check carefully if you have taken your very own pair of skies and boots.
*If you have switched boots/skies with another guest by mistake, the Hotel Gridlon Gmbh cannot take liability for that. The hotel also does not compensate ski rental charges.
TELEPHONE
At your disposal you have a state of the art system offering you the possibility to dial local and long distance calls yourself. Your calls are automatically registered and charged to your hotel bill.

ROOM SERVICE
For room service and in room dining we will charge € 5,-.
Enjoy our generous breakfast buffet from 7.30 am - 10.30 am.
To regain new strength after an exciting day of skiing we invite you to an afternoon snack with small dishes and cakes, daily from 3 pm - 5.30 pm at our buffet at the hotel hall.
From 7 pm - 9 pm we serve you a 5-course menu of your choice including a salad buffet and a cheese buffet. We also offer dishes without meat and we are also happy to take care of your special diatry needs.
Activities in Winter
HEALTH CLUB
Our fitness-studio - situated in the gridlonSPA - is open daily from 07.30 a.m. to 08.00 p.m. Various cardio-equipment from Technogym. We would like to ask you to use a towel and wear sport dresses and sport shoes. For safety reasons children are not allowed in the fitness studio.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
You can get a cross-country skiing run map of all runs at the Stanzertal at the reception. Our certified cross-country guides at the Skiing School at the Arlberg offer courses for beginners and advanced performers.
HORSE-DRAWN SLEIGH RIDES
Sleigh rides must be booked in advance and take place in St Anton.
Only possible with reservation. 45 - 60 minutes - EUR 90,00
(for 4 persons) any more person EUR 22,00. Maximum 9 persons.
TOBOGGANING
In St. Anton, 4,3 km illuminated sled run from Gampen via the Rodelhütte to Nasserein.
During day time from 12.00 a.m. to 04.15 p.m.
On Tuesday and Thursday from 07.30 p.m. to 09.30 p.m.
Single Ticket: Adults EUR 11,50

SNOW SHOE HIKES
Explore the snowy winter landscape - either on your own or with a certified guide. Leave behind the daily grind and enjoy the marvelous peace and quiet - the fairy-like winter scenery guarantee an unforgettable adventure. Of course we are happy to provide you with our hotel-own snow shoes.
SKIING
On your day of arrival, we will present you a special skiers information booklet during your dinner. Of course you can also get brief information at the reception.
SKIBUS SERVICE
Our hotel-own ski buses take you to the west terminal / St. Anton. This service is operating from 8.30 am - 11.30 am and from 3 pm - 5 pm.
SKI DEPOT
As a special service, our guests can make use of a ski and boot depot at Intersport Arlberg Freeride - free of charge. The shop is located righ across of the Rendlbahn. You can get your depot voucher at the reception.

WINTER HIKING TRAILS
Enjoy our beautiful hiking trails and the fresh, healthy alpine air. 70 km of prepared winter hiking trails are at our guest's disposal. These either lead to the enchanting Verwall valley, along the Rosanna or to St. Jakob. This offer adds to the sportive offer for Nordic Walker and Joggers. You can get a map of the available hiking trails at the reception.
Relaxation & Wellness at the Gridlon SPA
Enjoy and care for your beauty and regain new strength. Relax at our sauna, at the pool or our winter garden. Or you make use of the ingredients of alpine nature within our gridlonSPA.
BATHROBES & BATH & SAUNA TOWELS
In your room, you will find a bath sac with bathrobe, bath towels and some slippers. Both are for your free use during your stay at the hotel. Please remember that your chambermaid is personally responsible for the return of bathrobes. Thank you!
If you would like to buy a bath sac, a bath towel or a bathrobe, please contact the front desk. The bath robe will be charged EUR 60,-, a sauna towel EUR 40,- the bath sac EUR 12,-, everyhting is available at the reception.
gridlonSPA
At the gridlonSPA wellness and rejuvenation are experienced with all the senses. Relax and find restoration with massages, baths and cosmetic treatments that do something great for your body. Please contact our therapist (dial 38) or front desk (dial 61) for more information or do have a look in our SPA brochure.
SWIMMING POOL
Our indoor pool is open from 07.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
SAUNA, STEAM BATH AND BIO-SAUNA
Sauna, steam bath and bio sauna is open daily from 04.00 p.m. to 08.00 p.m.
SOLARIUM
Coins for the solarium are available at the front desk. We charge you
€ 10,-per coin (20 minutes).
What to do in case of a fire
Acquaint yourself with the location of staircases, emergency exits, fire-alarm facilities and fire extinguishers!
1. Alarm
Should you discover a fire:
•close the door of the place of conflagration
•report immerdiatly by telephone number 61 (front desk)
•or fire alarm box
In case of fire you will be warned by SIREN!
2. Save
When leaving the room in case of fire take along your key or your key card! Do not use the elevator!
Should the escape-way be obstructed by smoke:
•close the door and stay in the room
•draw attention to yourself at the window
•wait for the fire brigade!
3. Extinguish
Acquaint yourself with the location of fire extinguishers and how to use it.
•Do NOT smoke in bed
•Do NOT empty ash into paper-baskets
•Do NOT use your own heating and/or thermal appliances
Please assist avoiding fires.
