| Check-in and check-out: | On your day of arrival at 3 pm, on your day of departure at 11 am. |
| Pets: | Dogs are allowed upon prior request. Please keep in mind that your pet is not allowed in our restaurant, our SPA area and our sun-bathing lawn. We charge € 35,00 per day without food. |

| Half-Board and Indulging Board: | If you wish to skip our half-board offer for one night, we will add € 12,00 per person/night as a bonus onto your room bill. Our skier's break and the lunch buffet is always included in our price. |
| Payment: | Cash, Visa and Mastercard, Bank Card with Maestro-Function without sum limit. For doorman payments, external bills such as skiing passes, mountainbike rental etc. we will have to charge the disagio. |
